This specific phone <u>does not send<\/u> the required CDP packets, ALM relies on these CDP packets during the detection process.<\/p>\n<p>Cisco has canceled the support and development of the CP-7912-A phones. So to be able use ALM,\u00a0when using these specific type of phones, do not use automatic phone detection but configure manual settings.
