Apparently\u00a0this phone with the <strong><u>A<\/u><\/strong> revision code does not support the XML output of the phones&#8217; internal web page.<br \/>\nALM uses this XML output during the detection proccess.<\/p>\n<p>So how can I fix this? Send an e-mail to our <a href=\"mailto:support@rsconnect.net?subject=fix%20for%207912-A\">support team<\/a> and they will be able to prrovide you with a fix.
