Within a few weeks, depending on the progress, the new software will be released to a select group of customers and resellers.<br \/>\nThese BETA testers will test the new software until the end of May.<\/p>\n<p>In May 2010 the ALM 3 will be available for downloading. The improvements and enhancements below are new in ALM 3.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>new user-interface<\/li>\n<li>support for Windows 7<\/li>\n<li>support for multiple profiles<\/li>\n<li>support for LLDP and CDP<\/li>\n<li>new license registration method<\/li>\n<li>improved CallManager redundancy<\/li>\n<li>integration\u00a0with\u00a0Microsoft Office Communicator\u00a0(MOC)<\/li>\n<li>improved stability<\/li>\n<li>fallback to WiFi interface<\/li>\n<li>support (end)customer logo in main ALM screen<\/li>\n<li>added support for Communications Manager 7 and 8<\/li>\n<li>support for\u00a0SIP and SCCP Phones<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The first BETA version of the new ALM 3 software is currently being tested in our LAB.
